  1. Population and dissenters: There are Fifty & seven Families in the Parish of St Martin, of which Seven are Dissenters, six Presbyterian, & one Anabaptist. There is no licenced or other Meeting House of Dissenters in the Parish.

  2. Public or charity schools: There is no Publick or Charity School in the Parish.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is neither Alms House, Hospital, or other Charitable Endowment in the Parish. No Lands or Tenements have been left for the Repair of the Church, or other pious use.

  4. Residence upon cure: Having no Parsonage House I reside in the City, in [the] Parish of St Paul.

  6. Divine service at other churches: No.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed in the church on Wednesday & Saturday of every Week, besides on all Holidays, & on every Sunday with a Sermon in the Morning, & in the Afternoon.

  8. Frequency of communion: The Holy Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper is administred Monthly, besides <on> the three Grand Festivals.

  9. Number of communicants: About Fifty Communicants usually receive. At Easter last past about an Hundred Communicated.

  10. Catechising of children: The whole Passion Week is set apart, in which the Parishioners send their Children & servants to the Church to be Catechised.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: There are no Chapels within the Parish.
